Baylor College of Medicine now offers patients access to MyChart. This is a free service for clients and patients that allows them to manage their health information online. It has multiple features and also allows them to:

  • Manage appointments.
  • Manage prescriptions.
  • Communicate with your health medical team or doctors.
  • View & print your health summary, medications, allergies and test results.
  • View, track and print your immunizations.

If you are looking to create and register a new account. or you are looking to sign into an existing online account, follow the steps below. Here we have provided a quick guide complete with links for you to get online access to your chart information.

 

 

steps if you are a NEW patient looking to create and register a new online account:

  1. Visit: https://mychart.bcm.edu/ on your device.
  2. FIRST: click on the “SIGN UP NOW” button located under the SIGN IN area.
  3. Type in your Activation Code in the fields provided.
  4. Type in the Zip Code in the field provided.
    Click on the “Next” button.
  5. Type in the Date of Birth on file in the fields provided.
  6. Verify all information you inputted is correct.
  7. Click on the “NEXT” button.
  8. Proceed to move forward and provide all the required information to complete the registration for MyChart Patient online account. Click on the “Next” button and follow the directions.

Steps if you are a CURRENT patient looking to log in to an existing account:

  1. Visit: https://mychart.bcm.edu/ on your device.
  2. Type in your Baylor College of Medicine MyChart username and password in the fields provided.
  3. Click on the “SIGN IN” button and begin reviewing and managing your online account.
