Today, AHN offers all of their patients access to a program called My Chart. This is a completely free service for clients where they can log in online or through the app where they can do the following:
- Schedule and review appointments online or through the app.
- Manage prescriptions.
- View & Print Medical Records.
- Communicate with your medical team or doctor.
- View & print your health summary, medications, allergies and test results.
- View, track and print your immunizations.
- Pay your bill online or through the app.
- Manage a Video eVisit Virtual Care appointment.

If you are a new client or an existing one and need to login or register for a new account, follow the steps below. They provide you with details and links to complete your login.
steps if you are a NEW patient or client and need to register for a online account:
- Visit: www.mychart.ahn.org on your device.
- Click on the “REGISTER NEW USER” button located under the “Register Now” section.
- Type in your Allegheny Health Network MyChart Activation Code in the fields provided.
- Type in the Patient’s social security number in the field provided.
- Type in the Date of Birth of the patient on file in the fields provided.
- Click on the “Next” button.
- Proceed to move forward and provide all the required information to complete the registration for Patient online account.
- Verify that all account information and personal details are correct.
- Click on the “Next” button.
steps below if you are a CURRENT patient or client looking to login to an existing account:
- Visit: www.mychart.ahn.org on your device.
- Type in your AHN username and password in the fields provided.
- Click on the “SIGN IN” button and begin managing.
- Each time you log in verify that all your account details and personal info. is correct. if not please make changes or contact customer service.
