Today, the MD Anderson Cancer Center offers patients access to MyChart. This is a free service for clients and is managed through an app or online. This program allows it patient users access to perform the following tasks:

  • Schedule and review appointments online or through the app.
  • Manage prescriptions.
  • View & Print Medical Records.
  • Communicate with your doctor medical team.
  • View & print your health summary, medications, allergies and lab test results.
  • View, track and print your immunizations.
  • Pay your bill online or through the app.

Trying to create a new account or sign into an existing online account?Follow the steps below. Here we have provided a quick guide for you to get online access to your chart information and sign in online.

 

steps below if you are NEW patient looking to register 

  1. Visit: www.mychart.mdanderson.org or click here on your device.
  2. FIRST: click on the “Create a new account” link located above the App Download Button
  3. Type in your Activation Code in the field provided.
  4. Type in the Patient’s Medical Record Number (MRN)
  5. Type in the Date of Birth of the patient on file
  6. Click on the “Submit” button.
  7. Proceed to move forward and provide all the required information to complete the registration for a Patient online account. Click on the “Next” button.
  8. Verify all make sure your account and personal information is correct.
  9. Proceed to move forward and provide all the required information to complete the registration for a patient online account.

steps if you are a CURRENT patient looking to log in to your existing account:

  1. Visit: www.mychart.mdanderson.org or click here on your device.
  2. Type in your username and password in the fields provided.
  3. Click on the “SIGN IN” button and begin managing your account
  4. Verify that all your account and personal information is correct. If you see any discrepancies contact customer service.
